In the fridge :

We recommend to cut the product in a frozen state

• Straight from the freezer, remove the product from all packaging

• Cut the cake in portions and shapes of your preference

• Leave to defrost in the refrigerator at +4°C  for 4 hours 

• Keep refrigerated at 4°C and consume within 24 hours
