Serving Directions

In the fridge :

We recommend to cut the product in a frozen state

• Straight from freezer unmould the mousse cake,

• Use the guide to mark out the portions,

• Bend down the flaps,

• Place the product on a serving dish for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator,

• Serve straight from refrigerator when needed.
