In 1900, the Tossini family set up their first bakery specialized in the production of both fresh and dry focaccias, which were sold for the crews of sailing ships. A few years later, the sons modernized this bread-making business, in the respect of the tradition, combining artisan quality and genuine ingredients.Nowadays, Fratelli Tossini produces delicious focaccias, just as a century ago. The passion for their work and the permanent bond with tradition still remain.
