Serving Directions
In oven:
•Preheat oven at 210°C, for 10 mn,
•Straight from freezer, remove plastic bag,
•Place the tart on middle shelf with the product in its mould,
•Leave to heat for 20-25 minutes,
•Before unmoulding the tart, loosen pastry from around the foil, cover with a plate and turn upside down.
Be careful as the caramel of the tart shall be very hot.
•Serve warm.
Caramelized fresh apple slices, layered on a crips butter crust.
Even better when it's hot, serve with vanilla ice cream for a typical french dessert.
