Serving Directions
In In the fridge :
• Straight from the freezer, take the desired number of bread layers
• Place the bread layers on a tray and protect it with a plastic cling
• Place the tray in the fridge at +4°C and leave to defrost for about 30 minutes
At room temperature :
• Straight from the freezer, take the desired number of bread layers
• Place the bread layers on a tray
• Leave to defrost at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes
Tips :
Use when the bread layers are still frozen :
• On the frozen slice of bread, put butter or spread ingredients of your choice
• Cut the slice of bread in different forms (it's easy)
• Place your creations on a tray and leave to defrost in the refrigerator
Use the bread layers as a crispy base :
• Preheat oven at 210°C
• Straight from the freezer, take 1 bread layer and leave to defrost for 10 minutes at room temperature
• Place the bread layer between 2 oven trays with baking paper
• Bake for 5-10 minutes in the oven according the desired crispiness
We recommend to use the bread layer quickly to maintain maximum crispiness.

• Place the bread layer few seconds in the steamer the fridge :
